Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business and financial information strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client data to third parties without consent, unless required by law.


6. Intellectual Property

 

All reports, documents, tools, and deliverables prepared by the Company are the property of the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. The Company retains the right to use non-identifiable, aggregated data for analysis or service improvement.


7. Limitation of Liability

 

While we strive for accuracy and excellence, Shriyantra Accounting Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Client losses due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client

  • Penalties or losses resulting from missed deadlines caused by Client delays

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.


8. Termination

 

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days’ written notice, subject to the terms in the service agreement. Any outstanding fees for completed work up to the date of termination remain payable.
